Siddhartha

okumaya başladım.

diyor ki: "[...]for to recognize causes, it seemed to him, is to think, and through thought alone feelings become knowledge and are not lost, but become real and begin to mature."

*
bitirdim. aklımda kalanlar:
"Too much knowledge had hindered him[...] He had been full of arrogance; he had always been the cleverest, the most eager - always a step ahead of the others, always the learned and intellectual one, always the priest or the sage. His Self had crawled into this priesthood, into this arrogance, into this intellectuality. It sat there tightly and grew, while he thought he was destroying it by fasting and penitence."

"[...]he only sees the thing that he is seeking; that he is unable to find anything, unable to absorb anything[...] Seeking means: to have a goal; but finding means: to be free, to be receptive, to have no goal."

"[...]but to leave it as it is, to love it and be glad to belong to it."

kitabın yazılışını beğenmedim, çoğu kez özet geçilmiş gibiydi. sonu da oldukça kötüydü bence. govinda çok ezilmişti. ancak anlattığı şeyler güzeldi ve yer yer bana hitap etti.
